    Is there any way to trigger a sync to local device for a specific .rsls placeholder file through the command line on windows? I have a large database of files and I only need some of them. I access the files through a script and I'd like the script to trigger a local sync when it encounters a missing file with a .rsls extension. Is there any way to achieve this? Thanks!
