  1. Hi all, I am using the Camera backup functionality on an iPhone, and I sync to a server from time to time. Another software on the server will regularly check the backup folder for new contents, and then copy and import them into a gallery app. However, with time the backup directory on the server will grow, and this process will take more and more time (real and CPU), so I'd like to clean up the backup directory. I tried deleting the pictures from my iPhone, and I discovered that this does not affect the directory on the server. I can go and delete files from the server manually - this will generate warnings, but it does not seem to break anything. Is this the only way to achieve this, or is there a better approach? Thanks.
