If I understand the archive system correctly, you should be able to recover anything like that that may have been deleted by going into Computer A's archive and restoring it.

I was having the same issue, glad to know it does eventually correct itself, but does anyone know if there is a way to force this reinstating of folder hierarchy instantly? Or is the best answer "just wait a while"?
