I am focusing on one file that doean't syncronize, i got this log every time: It seems that the problem is: Blocked downloading file "...myfile..." due closed virtual socket

Hello, I have a QNAP NAS with Resilio Sync running on it, i use the software to synchronize my laptop folder with NAS and portable USB HD attached to the NAS. BTW, i was very satisfied by Resilio functions, it worked great for a long time, but starting from few months ago i encountered some problem that still persist. Some months ago the system start to show warning messages due to strange characters and/or problems on syncronization, after a while i read somewhere on internet (maybe on this forum) that i could reset the syncronization by remove the folder .sync. I did this... but after that the synchronization still remained freezend on a certain percentage and didn't increase. I looked at the log but i don't find nothing relevant... a lot of errors but i don't know if it is normal or not. Can anyone suggest me something? also a way to make a secure reset of the syncronization could be ok. Thanks
