  1. How do I set the webui port for Windows for version 2.0? When I run an instance with /webui, it runs on port 8888. If two users run, it tries to bind to port 8888 twice, and the second one fails.
  2. Hi. I would like to sync my raspberry pi with my ubuntu Laptop. For this task i would want to create a ssh tunnel from the ubuntu laptop to the pi. How could i do that, my bittorrent sync traffic would go through this tunnel and start finding my pi as a device? I could also use a vpn, but i would appreciate to use the ssh method. Thanks
  3. Hello. I have set up a raspberry pi to be connected to my Wi-Fi network at home, have a USB connected 1TB hard drive, and have set up owncloud. Owncloud works with my external hard drive, but for some reason BT Sync does not work in syncing files. I have disabled relay and tracker servers because I only need it to work on LAN. On the GUI page, it shows that nothing is syncing to the folders I made a secret on my Mac and entered on the Pi and set it to save on the external hard drive. I think the problem is either the listening port is not open (which I don't really understand what it does), or the problem is permission errors, because owncloud thinks it owns the hard drive space. Also, I looked in the BT Sync debugging log on my Mac, and I saw that it receives ping to the IP of my Pi, but no transfers occur. Does anyone have suggestions?
  4. Hi, Maybe it's a stupid question but, would it be a problem if all peers would have the same listening port? I cannot see why it would be an issue but, since I got a bunch of peers, I wanted to be sure before I proceed with the change. Thanks
  5. So I understand that my files are protected from eavesdropping while in transit. I will be setting up a server to act as a central backup to which to sync my files. I have a port which is exposed to activily listen for traffic; it is an obscure port, but it is open. I was wondering if anyone who knew the IP address and the port could see the contents of the BTSync folder even without the secret?
  6. My case: Home PC > WiFi router (NAT) > Internet < Windows ISA (NAT) < Work PC Wich ports should be openned on both NATs?
