  1. Hi, I managed to install btsync on my Ubuntu 12.04 LTS server and created a config file based on the samples provided. However, when I start btsync with /etc/init.d/btsync start it fails and consequently /etc/init.d/btsync status * BTSYNC 'username' is not running is displayed (where 'username' is mentally to be displayed by the user that I am running the config for). So I am stuck at this point as there is no sync.log, nor did it help to provide "FFFF" in debug.txt in the user's .btsync folder. Where can I start to debug why btsync won't start the daemon? Cheers Vi
  2. Hi. I'm running Bittorrent Sync 1.1.82 on Windows 7 64 bits. I was trying to enable Debug Logging to try and figure out why synchronization is so slow and I've realized that no debug or log files are being created. Initially I couldn't figure out where the debug file was supposed to be created at. After searching these forums I found that the file name is "debug.txt" and it should be in the same directory as "sync.log". Well, after doing a full drive search, neither of these files is anywhere to be found! Am I missing something here or aren't these files being generated at all? Thanks.
  3. Dear folks, I'm having an issue with Sync (same as this guy: http://forum.bittorr...c-not-finished/ ) and would like to provide debug informations. But I'm sorry, I do not understand how to get them … I know this page http://forum.bittorr...-syncapp-issue/ but I just cannot find the ".sync" folder on my systems. And please: what is "FFFF" ??? My system: Lubuntu 13.04 btsync 1.1.42 installed from PPA (https://launchpad.net/~tuxpoldo) and Synology DS211j btsync 1.1.42 installed from synocommunity package and updated manual Thanks for your help!
