  1. What is the difference between a peer and a device? It appears to me that a device is a desktop, laptop, smartphone, etc. But isn't that what a peer is as well? A peer seems to be the owner of the device attached to this P2P network. So you can be the peer to the computer at work and you can be the peer at the computer at home. So, when you connect them, there are two devices and two peers? Won't they always be the same? I've actually searched the forums and the internet for this question but I couldn't find anything. I guess the question is so simple that nobody even has asked this. What is the difference between a peer and a device?
