  1. I've installed resilio sync on a couple new devices and I'm seeing inconsistent and incorrect behavior. Each of the last four machines I set to Disconnect state when initializing them, but as soon as I committed the setting, resilio sync started downloading all shares, and not selective. This causes a massive disruption, as the system then slows down so much that it takes forever for me to change each of the 40 shares back to disconnected and delete all the accidental share additions. Is anyone else experiencing something similar? Any ideas on how to fix this?
  2. After using Resilio and BTsync since 1.X i recently upgraded to home pro and am getting my devices organized. I was having trouble with a folder getting "failed to download.. initial re-check" and disconnected it. Now its gone on my laptop. I cant see it in Disconnected or All folder views. V2.5.6 OSX 10.11.6
  3. Say I have a folder labeled Folder 1 on my remote Computer 1. And I synced this folder on a remote NAS to a Folder labeled Folder 1 on a NAS. I only want to sync Folder 1 on my remote Computer 1. However, the remote NAS also syncs with several folders on Computer 2. I don't want Computer 1 to sync with any files on Computer 2. One way is choose Selective Sync on Computer 1 for all the Computer 2 placeholders folders that show up on Computer 1's Resilio Sync Folder Section. Similarly, I would need to do the same exact thing when all of Computer 1 placeholder folders that show up on Computer 2's Resilio Sync Folder Section from Computer 1. But I hate all those placefolder folders on my computers. So, if I simply just disconnect Computer 1, it won't receive any folders in its destination folder, right? However, it will still continue to sync the folder shared between Computer 1 and Folder 1, right?
  4. Hello, I had the following issue. I have Sync Pro for personal use installed on four devices. One of them were switched off a long time, but it had a relatively new version of Sync (2.3.4). The other three devices where almost up to date, 2.3.8, 2.3.6 and 2.3.6 (this one installed as a service). What happened is: Switched on the device with the old version and upgraded to latest version. Restarted. All my devices had all their folders disconnected. No warnings. No messages. How can this happen? Did I do something wrong? Don't make me wrong, I really like the product, it has unique features not found in, for instance, DropBox. But from time to time it has issues that make it unsuitable for real work. Now that is a paid for product, this should be a really concerning issue. I would like to use it in my company, but I think it is not ready yet.
  5. Hi.. I use Sync on my Android Samsung Galaxy S4, my wife's Samsung Galaxy Note 3 & a Galaxy Tab S to backup photos, and also to sync a file of music between devices, and selective sync some photos and documents (I have a pro license) - I also use Sync on a 2 desktop computers and three laptops (all Windows 10). All devices are kept up to date. A few days ago the Android devices stopped backing up, and although sync is still running all the folders are listed as disconnected and the camera backup isn't present. If I restart the camera backup it creates a new file and starts from scratch (which is a large upload!!), and if I try and link any of the folders again - same issue - it creates a new folder even though the original is still present on the SD card. Any thoughts would be appreciated as to what has happened and how I can prevent it.. otherwise I am going to be spending a lot of time re-syncing and have DCIM (9999) in no time!!
  6. i've setup btsync on 3 computers all running windows 7 64bit. After one computer crashed because of BSOD several synced folders had all their contents removed. I looked in the archive folder to find them there. is there a plan to detect if a harddrive has been disconnected or other synced computer to know of BSOD. this has happened 3 times. you could reproduce it by disconnecting a USB drive during sync
