  1. I am facing an error "No tracker connection available" and i am not able to connect my mobile to the desktop app. I am using a port number which is listening only in TCP but not in UDP. Please help me
  2. I wonder if anyone could shed some light on this On some wi-fi networks Resilio Sync does not work. It shows there are no peers while in reality there are. As soon as I switch to another network it works. The networks where it doesn't work tend to be those in coffee shops, where I often work. I wonder whether this is a problem with Sync or that somehow some public network can detect and block Sync's activity If anyone has had a similar experience or has a solution to this I'd be happy to hear Many thanks
  3. Yesterday my linux computers updated btsync to version 1.4.93 and files does not sync anymore. Restarts does not help. After computer restart I notice it checks for changes but then the status shows as everything is synced altough I added files and folders. I use Ubuntu 14.04 64 bit
  4. Hello All, I wasn't able to find a post describing similar behaviour, so I'm hoping someone here can explain to me if what I'm noticing is normal or not. I've unchecked "Put hard disks to sleep when possible" but what I notice is that syncing doesn't resume until after the display wakes from sleep. Display is asleep, laptop is still running, hard-drive is not sleeping but the display is. I put my password in to see the desktop and then syncing resumes but not until I'm actively using the machine. What setting am I missing, or why is this happening? My assumption was that syncing would ha

  6. We are using Bit Torrent on our Windows Server 2012 along with multiple laptops all running Windows 7 professional. Been using it for about 6 months. Work way better than Vice Versa when it is working - let me explain. Over the past few weeks have noticed that Bit Torrent is "going to sleep" on the server. When you open the BT Icon on your laptop it quite often states - No Devices Attached. Yes, even when connected to the server within the office or while using a VPN connection when out of the office. I then open Bit Torrent on the Server (from my Remote Desktop connection) and it stat
  7. Hi, I have 2 files that are always uploading but never complete. They are listed in the log as: note the 8.3 names SIDEBA~2.PNG AVATAR~2.GIF SO, does 8.3 DOS names cause problems for BTSync? jemail
  8. First of all, I have enabled debug logging but the debug.txt file only contains "FFFF". The problem: System A has about 100 GB of photos which need to synced with system B. Certain files appear in the "Transfer" tab of BTS yet there is no activity listed under the "UP" or "Down" headings. After several seconds, the file disappears from the list yet no file can be found on system B. Looking deeper, I searched through the sync.txt file and found a peculiar set of entries related to the unsuccessfully synced files (appended below). It seems that any problematic file transfer that shows t
  9. I run ubuntu raring and btsync desktop version 1.1.15. The network consists of two windows pc (also running 1.1.15) and 1 ubuntu pc, all running over the same wifi router. The two windows pc have no trouble syncing with each other. The ubuntu pc won't sync. I have attached the log file. Please help. This is my config file: //!/usr/lib/btsync-user/btsync-agent --config // // configuration for the btsync agent running in the // user environment { "device_name" : "gialt1", "pid_file" : "/home/gia-admin/.btsync/", "storage_path" : "/home/gia-admin/.btsync", "listening_port" : 0, "che
