  2. BTSYNC PACKAGES FOR DEBIAN, UBUNTU AND OTHER DERIVED DISTRIBUTIONS BitTorrentĀ® Inc. delivers for Linux users only a raw binary file without any deployment concept or setup system. It's up to the user to create a reliable startup and shutdown logic, manage configuration files, internal storage directories and everything else related to file and directory permissions, application update and various other aspects. 3. UPDATE: Thanks for testing. With the launch of Sync 2.0, please see http://help.getsync.com/customer/portal/articles/1888507-synology for the latest on installing Synology on your NAS. Howdy! We're seeking testers for the Synology packages we've been working on. It's a stripped down version of the Synocommunity package that is hopefully easier for a user to configure. I only have a DS214 in the lab so I've only been able to test the ArmadaXP package myself. Before we make these packages more generally available we'd appreciate some feedback; especially for the non-ArmadaXP packages.
  4. Hi! I have a NAS Synology DS213j. I would like to install BitTorrent Sync on it, but I don't know how to do this. Here is what I have done so far: I went to: http://www.synocommunity.com/packages Then: btsync 1.1.70-1 for all other models I followed the instructions (add a source), but nothing happened... Does anyone know if it is possible to use BitTorrent Sync with this NAS? If yes, how? Thanks for your help!
