I used 2.2 for a short time, then upgraded to 2.3 for the service feature. I did a complete uninstall of 2.2 before installing 2.3. I'm using Win7 and Win10. It seemed to install successfully, but when I try to open the BitTorrent Sync Service desktop shortcut, My browser opens, shows http://127.0.0.1:8888/ in the address bar, and displays: "This webpage is not available ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED". I'm using Chrome on Win10. I tried pasting the address into IE on Win10, but similar result. Same result on a different PC with Win7 with Chrome and IE. Does BitTorrent Sync add the 'archive flag' to files on either OSX or Win7 x64? I'm having issues with playing video files through Plex after I added the files to my BitTorrent sync. Trying to find an entry point to troubleshoot this. Just realized this is in the wrong category.... anyone with access please move to BitTorrent Sync troubleshooting.

Hello- I have high hopes for this bit torrent sync I hear it's really good. However I have a great number of services disabled through services.msc in windows 7. I have disabled them 1 or 2 at a time in the past for varying reasons. But usually just to speed up my system and free unnessesary services I don't use. In the past I have not been using torrents of anyting pnp on my windows box due to virus's and rootkits and stuff. I am not sure if the services I have disabled will have any effect on bittorrent sync though. I looked at the services.msc and there are a lot of services that ment
