Standard Linux config and additional command line flags

I wasn't sure if this should go on the wish list thread or if it's on the roadmap already, but I'll ask just in case.

Could the Linux configuration be changed to follow how most other Linux apps work:

  1. Default config location in user's home directory. (ie. /home/bob/.syncapp)
  2. Default config file name if not specified. (ie. /home/bob/.syncapp/syncapp.json)
  3. These would both get created if they don't exist, like when SyncApp is run the first time.

Could command line flags be added that:

  1. Get the get the current running status and/or stats if SyncApp is running as a daemon.
  2. Stop SyncApp if it's running as a daemon.

Thanks
