SPE
I have 2 Windows machines (7 and Vista) both connected wirelessly to the same Belkin router and BT Sync worked fine...But when I try to connect to the WebUI http://192.168.0.3:8888/gui it always fails and so does using localhost instead of the IP number.Secondly, when trying to transfer files with a friend over the internet there is zero connection between us.My router has UPnP enabled. In folder preferences I have also ticked Search DHT network too. Thanks for any helpSPE
kos13
can you send us logs? We will need logs from both computers. If you enabled UPnP it should work. The only thing is if your friend has some sort of FW or blocked UDP. I would guess this is something wrong on your friend's side.

GreatMarko
I might be wrong, but to my knowledge, the WebUi is Linux-only ?Indeed - there is no WebUI for Windows at this time!
SPE
Thanks for those that replied. That explains why all the WebUI posts were Linux related! I cant remember reading it anywhere though, or it may be me speed reading.Re firewall etc my friend is in another country so it may be a while before I get back with logs etc., although I will get him to see what he can establish re his router config. first.ThanksSPE
