Initial sync fine, adding new files never resumes 2

i installed BTsync on 5/2/13. it worked fine for 2 days in both directions.

on 5/8/13 i tried changes on both ends and nothing happens.

1st computer is win7pro64 sp1.

2nd computer is winXPpro32 sp3.

there were no reboots or any other changes in between.

any suggestions?
