Docfxit
I have an iPhone 5 that I have to return to Apple for an exchange. I would like to sync the contacts, pictures, movies and texts before I turn it in. Then I'm hoping all I need to do on the new phone is install the BitTorrent app and sync the files. Does anyone know what the file names are and how to find the folders? Thank you, Docfxit
nils
This is not possible with BTsync on iOS. The only thing you can do with BTsync is a backup of your Photos. This backup however cannot be synced back, as BTsync cannot do this at the moment. The contacts will be synced with your iCloud account, not sure about texts and movies
Emily Baker
When it comes to transferring contacts pictures movies and text messagess from iPhone to Mac, iCloud is definitely a good option to choose. However, you may also meet some annoying limitations during the process. So, most people also choose to ask help from a 3rd-party application like iPhone to Mac Transfer software to backup contacts pictures movies and text messagess from iPhone to Mac without limitations. Gane O'dwyer
The our app concept is files transferring ( media) and not only between devices without using third-party cloud services. But Sync doesn't have enough permissions to get access to your contacts or calendar.
jd84
You can share Files with resilio. Thats what I do. If I make a Video, or other Apps have some data you can share nearly any Data on the iPhone (Share via Twitter, Email WhatsApp AND Resilio). In this way any file can find the way into the sync network. I know its not automatically, and not what you looking for but as a hint.
