When I change the case of a directory (e.g., "folder name" to "Folder Name") on the OSX machine, the Linux machine simply creates the directory "Folder Name" without deleting the original "folder name". For now the recommendation would be not to change the case of symbols once you've created directory in the Sync folder. Thank you for reporting.
