hungarianhc
Hello,i've updated from 1.2.91 (or somethng like this) to 1.3.87.On windows 7, it's not reponding major of the time...Seems to be running, but i can't acces on the screen, it's not responding. On mac everything's ok. I've a lot og Go and folders and everything is re syncing after updated.I wonder if this is the same issue that I'm having on FreeNAS, hence there being no *.core dump file. I don't know how to to tell if it's open....
unsignedint
unsignedint, Could you please open a web developers console (javascript console - depending on your browser) and send me what is happening in console? It looks like javascript can't connect to the core. Here it is. (Other than modifying token, this is output as is from the console.)This was generated by first connecting to localhost:8889, then portforwarding remote one to localhost:8888. Accessing to localhost:8888 on other tab caused this to not function. event.returnValue is deprecated. Please use the standard event.preventDefault() instead.Attr.specified is deprecated. Its value is always true.Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 (ERROR) http://localhost:8888/gui/?token=AF348afFEdfK4dasFsn34QfgWEa5hZ7DCqIeA0YI3-2KmLou-JlmAds4MTiatrTVMAAAAA&action=getsyncfolders&t=1397582835270Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 (ERROR) http://localhost:8888/gui/?token=AF348afFEdfK4dasFsn34QfgWEa5hZ7DCqIeA0YI3-2KmLou-JlmAds4MTiatrTVMAAAAA&action=getsyncfolders&t=1397582836270Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 (ERROR) http://localhost:8888/gui/?token=AF348afFEdfK4dasFsn34QfgWEa5hZ7DCqIeA0YI3-2KmLou-JlmAds4MTiatrTVMAAAAA&action=getsyncfolders&t=1397582837270GET http://localhost:8888/gui/?token=AF348afFEdfK4dasFsn34QfgWEa5hZ7DCqIeA0YI3-2KmLou-JlmAds4MTiatrTVMAAAAA&action=getsyncfolders&t=1397582838271 400 (ERROR) jquery-1.8.3.js:2GET http://localhost:8888/gui/?token=AF348afFEdfK4dasFsn34QfgWEa5hZ7DCqIeA0YI3-2KmLou-JlmAds4MTiatrTVMAAAAA&action=getsyncfolders&t=1397582839272 400 (ERROR) jquery-1.8.3.js:2GET http://localhost:8888/gui/?token=AF348afFEdfK4dasFsn34QfgWEa5hZ7DCqIeA0YI3-2KmLou-JlmAds4MTiatrTVMAAAAA&action=getsyncfolders&t=1397582840272 400 (ERROR) jquery-1.8.3.js:2GET http://localhost:8888/gui/?token=AF348afFEdfK4dasFsn34QfgWEa5hZ7DCqIeA0YI3-2KmLou-JlmAds4MTiatrTVMAAAAA&action=getsyncfolders&t=1397582841273 400 (ERROR) jquery-1.8.3.js:2GET http://localhost:8888/gui/?token=AF348afFEdfK4dasFsn34QfgWEa5hZ7DCqIeA0YI3-2KmLou-JlmAds4MTiatrTVMAAAAA&action=getsyncfolders&t=1397582842274 400 (ERROR) jquery-1.8.3.js:2GET http://localhost:8888/gui/?token=AF348afFEdfK4dasFsn34QfgWEa5hZ7DCqIeA0YI3-2KmLou-JlmAds4MTiatrTVMAAAAA&action=getsyncfolders&t=1397582843275 400 (ERROR) jquery-1.8.3.js:2GET http://localhost:8888/gui/?token=AF348afFEdfK4dasFsn34QfgWEa5hZ7DCqIeA0YI3-2KmLou-JlmAds4MTiatrTVMAAAAA&action=getsyncfolders&t=1397582844276 400 (ERROR) jquery-1.8.3.js:2GET http://localhost:8888/gui/?token=AF348afFEdfK4dasFsn34QfgWEa5hZ7DCqIeA0YI3-2KmLou-JlmAds4MTiatrTVMAAAAA&action=getsyncfolders&t=1397582845276 400 (ERROR) jquery-1.8.3.js:2GET http://localhost:8888/gui/?token=AF348afFEdfK4dasFsn34QfgWEa5hZ7DCqIeA0YI3-2KmLou-JlmAds4MTiatrTVMAAAAA&action=getsyncfolders&t=1397582850309 400 (ERROR) jquery-1.8.3.js:2GET http://localhost:8888/gui/?token=AF348afFEdfK4dasFsn34QfgWEa5hZ7DCqIeA0YI3-2KmLou-JlmAds4MTiatrTVMAAAAA&action=getsyncfolders&t=1397582855348 400 (ERROR) jquery-1.8.3.js:2GET http://localhost:8888/gui/?token=AF348afFEdfK4dasFsn34QfgWEa5hZ7DCqIeA0YI3-2KmLou-JlmAds4MTiatrTVMAAAAA&action=getsyncfolders&t=1397582860393 400 (ERROR) jquery-1.8.3.js:2GET http://localhost:8888/gui/?token=AF348afFEdfK4dasFsn34QfgWEa5hZ7DCqIeA0YI3-2KmLou-JlmAds4MTiatrTVMAAAAA&action=getsyncfolders&t=1397582865428 400 (ERROR) jquery-1.8.3.js:

citronbleu
Switch back to 1.2.92, all sync if 2 minutes...with 1.3.90, Not sync in 24h It's approximately the same here with BTSync 1.3.x and later. Now it's working fine with this setup : - 1 MacOS 10.7.4 / 1.3.86 with a couple of R/W sync local folder (30 000 files)- 1 MacOS 10.7.4 / 1.3.86 with a couple of R/W sync local folder (15 000 files)- 1 Windows XP SP3 / 1.3.8x with one R:W sync local folder (10 000 files)- 1 Debian 7 x64 - OVH K2G / 1.3.86 with a couple of R/O sync folder (stored on EXT4 internal storage)- 1 Raspberry (Raspbian up to date) 1.2.92 with a few R/O sync folder (stored on NFS share)- 1 Raspberry (Raspbian up to date) 1.2.92 with a few R/O sync folder (stored on EXT4 USB disk) Each time I updated my Raspi from 1.2.9x to 1.3.x it never synced anymore, sometimes waiting approx one week to be sure it's not a performance limitation with Raspi ... but no. I've downgraded to 1.2.92 and it's working fine again. Thanks a lot for your product, it's really good and i'm pretty sure that it's goind to be perfect in a few month ! RomanZ
@zbigb69, @citronbleu As I understand, the UI of Windows client is not responding, and no actual sync is happening. 1 thing to test and 2 items to collect:1) try to install freshly released 1.3.93. It has couple of nasty crashes fixed, might be your case.2) If it still does not help - enable a debug log on your Win machine, make sure that "Not responding" gets there, grab the log file. Then collect a couple of process dumps (2-3 would be fine) with TaskManager. That should be enough to find out what is happening. @unsignedint,Thanks for the log, i'll get back to you when I have something. I guess I already advised to try another browser / clean cookies. @hungarianhc,It means that the process does not crash but exists. Could you please to run it with --nodaemon switch and see it's output to the console?

RomanZ
@zbigb69, Win7, Vista, Win8:-Open Task Manager-Find the BTSync.exe process-Right click it, choose "Make process dump" For WinXP (and actually all others):- Download Microsoft Process Explorer utility- Run it, find BTSync.exe process- Right click it, choose "Create a dump -> Create full dump"
