Haravikk Posted May 4, 2014 Report Share Posted May 4, 2014 Okay, so I have BTSync for Synology DSM, and I was hoping to lower its niceness value as some of the folders I'm sharing seem to spike in activity, and since there's no other way to limit BTSync resource use it can quickly carve a chunk out of my NAS' limited CPU, disrupting other services. Anyway, I know there's a settings file for other headless/web-client distributions of BTSync, but I can't find any settings for the Synology one, besides the basic sync.conf for setting device name, username and password etc. Is there a way to tweak BTSync for Synology's niceness value?
