noiime Posted May 5, 2014 Report Share Posted May 5, 2014 I've got a couple of peers where the speed limitation isn't working anymore. - BTS 1.3.94- Windows 2008 R2 x64 & Windows 8.1 x64- 4 - 15 GB per files, no small files- No LAN transfer- Predefined host configured- No tracker- Relay server is ON As you can see in the picture below the speed limit is not applied. I understand that it is not supposed to be extremely accurate but still, it is more than 10 times faster than what I've set.
