It shouldn't be too difficult to build one for Windows 8RT/8.1RT. Bittorrent Sync is great on my Windows desktop, I use it to share large files with family and my other devices all the time. One thing I'd like if we get this is for it to be able to run on RT 8.0 not just 8.1 as those of us who jailbreak are stuck on 8.0, more and more I'm seeing apps dropping 8.0 support.
