Sync Stopped: Device Time Difference Outside Threshold.

Hi,

I create a shared folder in CentOS and want to add & sync it on another CentOS. However, I get the following Status code:

Sync stopped: device time difference outside threshold.

What's the meaning of the following status? And How to fix it? Thanks.

Another question: How to disable the Versioning feature of BitTorrent Sync?

It means the system clocks, when normalized to a common timezone, are NOT actually close enough to sync properly.

You need to run something like ntpdate to synchronize the clocks of the two machines to a common time server.

Thanks very much for your reply. I updated the clock and it works now. Could you help me another two questions?

1. How to disable the Versioning feature?

2. Is there any way to check if all the files are synced completely and correctly?
