jrox10 Posted August 11, 2015 Report Share Posted August 11, 2015 HiI have a similar problem of slow syncMy former scenario was:BTSync 1.4 running as a service oon a Windows 2003 server and synchronizing a big folder (400 GB) without problems with a iMac (snow leopard) running BTSync 1.4. Both devices were connected in a LAN3 days ago I change the iMac for a Mac-mini (yosemite) and I've installed BTSync 2.1.1 (latest version) in tha mac-mini.At the beginning all seem to run properly but after a few hours the syncronizations speed going down (20Kbps) and with stops and restarts... Both devices were connected in a LAN and there is no firewall in the middle and no communications problems Now the indicator of remaining time shows 3 months... any help??thanks a lot jrox10 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
RomanZ Posted August 12, 2015 Report Share Posted August 12, 2015 @jrox10The latest version now is 2.1.2, it contains some fresh fixes related to speed. It's worth to try it. If it does not help - then I'll need debug logs and speed profile from both your Win 2003 server and Mac. BTW, what is the exact version of your 1.4 installation?
