Btsync Android 1.4.56.0 Won't Scan Qr Code

For some reason BTSync on Android version 1.4.56.0 won't scan the QR code from my computer screen. Other QR code readers work just fine. I tried the Barcode Scanner (de factor for Android as Google recommends it for the Authenticator) and it scanned the code in matter of seconds.

 

But BTSync just stays there never being able to detect the code. What could be wrong?

Try sending the feedback after your attempt to scan the QR. Agree to send debug logs and put some description in the message body - we'll try to check if Sync saved anything to logs on why doesn't it want to scan the QR.

Hi,

 

I have v 1.4.56.0 on my Samsung S4 Mini. I can't read any QR Code from any of 2 monitors or TV. I also played with the brightness levels with no luck. I used to have no problems with prior versions or Sync. Any idea what to do or look for?

I just did what you suggested. Tried scanning then sent issue feedback with logs.

Please try also scanning same QR with Barcode scanner and let me know if it worked for you. Also, what is the number of ticket you receive in response of your feedback?
