There could be a number of causes for this - including, either all the files weren't correctly installed, or there's a permissions issue So, firstly, have you tried reinstalling Sync? ...if so, and the issue persists, it's possibly a permissions issue (either Sync wasn't able to create/write all the necessary files it requires to your device, or it is not able to access and "read" them back) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
