Commandline Add/remove Shared Folders And Selective File Type Sync

Hello,

first off love the program and service,

I've got two feature requests

1 - would it be possible to bring in command line functions to allow adding shared folders with a given key?  eg so you can setup a whole heap of them via a batch or bash file

2 - ability to restrict or filter the type (by extension) of files that get synced in a particular folder and ignore the rest

the exclusion filter part is interest, but it doesn't really do the function i need for as far as a i can see, which is  essentially filtering everything out except a specific file extension as opposed to specific file extensions which is what it does now
