mh5bl
I am running BTsync 1.4 on all my machines. does this mean I can delete all the .SyncIgnore & .SyncArchive files and folders ????
GreatMarko
.SyncIgnore files and .SyncArchive folders should have been automatically migrated (to .sync/IgnoreList and .sync/Archive respectively) and removed upon upgrade to Sync 1.4. If all the devices you sync with are running 1.4, then yes, it should be safe to manually remove these obsolete remnants from previous versions of Sync. mh5bl
The upgrade was of the readyNAS version. So would this make a difference?
RomanZ
@mh5blNo, it does not make any difference. Sync 1.4 core stores ignorelist and archive in .sync subfolder. The .SyncArdhive and .SyncIgnore are treated as regular files in 1.4.
