cranberry
After the automatic upgrade of Sync1.4 to Sync2.0 the application always crashed when I try to start it.Tried to reboot tablet and to remove Sync and install it again. No difference.Sync isn't working anymore on my tablet. I've removed Sync and manually installed a recent 1.4 .apk. Any ideas? Other users suffering from this issue? SyncMan
Same problem here. I have a Teclast X98 Air 3G(C6J6), Intel Atom Z3736F @ 2.16 GHz, running Android 4.4.2. The app crashes immediately and cannot even start. I already sent some crash reports using the android crash screen. It was working fine in version 1.4. In addition, the Google Play Store says that the update 2.0.64 is not compatible with my device. It is not usable in this state. I hope you can solve this problem because I am willing to go Pro if I have a reliable service.

warwound
Ditto... Play Store says my Tesco Hudl2 tablet is not compatible with the latest version of Sync.I grabbed the .apk from my Moto G (where it works fine) and sideloaded it on my Hudl2. As soon as i try to start Sync a message box appears "Unfortunately, Sync has stopped".Looking at the logcat i see: 03-12 21:09:11.771 17627-17627/? My Hudl2 is powered by an Atom Z3735D and runs KitKat.I see post #2 in this thread reports a similar problem with a different Atom based device. Is Sync not compatible with x86 CPUs on the Android platform? Martin. [edit]My Hudl2 is a wireless only device - it has no 3G/4G hardware - i don't know if that's relevant?[/edit]
