softtower
I have two devices, both are Linux: Device #1 (thinkpad) IP : 192.168.1.6BTSync ver: 2.0.93uname : Linux thinkpad 3.16.0-31-generic #43-Ubuntu SMP x86_64 GNU/Linux Device #2 (synology) IP : 192.168.1.5BTSync ver: 2.0.93uname : Linux zion 2.6.32.12 #5022 SMP ppc GNU/Linux synology_qoriq_213+ Ever since I've upgraded to Sync 2.x series these two cannot sync. I have a Macbook Air which works fine, and acts kind of like a "bridge" between these two, but I don't like using it. In this case it's turned off. I want my Thinkpad laptop to sync with Synology. Here's what happens: * Both of them report that 1 out of 2 peers are online. I assume the offline peer is the Mac, so they seem to see each other.* They both report that 10K files need to be pushed to "you".* But they dont' actually sync. Attaching the log files from both machines (I picked the same time interval). Looks like they discover each other and then both report "connection closed by peer"... Can't figure out how to attach a file to posting... uploaded to CDN:http://i.kontsevoy.com/syno-bug-logs.tar.gz Please help, really hoping there's a workaround of some kind... A bit on my networking setup: both devices are connected to Asus RT-N66U router running a recent Tomato firmware, nothing fancy there: typical DHCP home LAN. In fact I've never experienced any problems due to my networking, if anything this router is the golden standard of home networking. I tried turning UpNP on/off on both devices although I'm not even sure that's needed. Edited March 20, 2015 by softtower
