everyone is welcomed to write to support team and get a prompt reply. Please provide more details about the problem - what are your peers, how they are connected to the network, what Sync version are used on them. 

From the description given it looks like a connectivity issue and need log analysis. But so far try restarting Sync on the added PC. 

If it doesn't help, please do submit logs for analysis as link above suggests. Thank you.
