Jasman
Since updating BTS things have got very clunky with sync rarely working and seems to be stuck in an indexing loop when it does work. I tried rolling the ReadyNas back to 6.4.0 and it didn't seem to make and difference so I'm thinking the problem is in BTS Is a new version far away or can I roll back? if so, how? Helen
Jasman, 2.2.7 is out. If it doesn't help, can you please submit logs from all peers affected to support team. Any specific details about the setup, peers, folders and files, a few screenshots perhaps, the problem itself, etc would be much appreciated. Thank you. Jasman
Hi Helen. Thanks for the response, my readynas isn't seeing an update. Is there anything I can do to force an update?
Helen
Jasman, What you mean by "nas not seeing an update"? Even if you update manually?
Jasman
Sorry for the slow response, was on holidays. There doesn't seem to be a way to manually update the NAS for installed software, it seems to only come via the built-in app store. Am I missing something? Helen
Jasman, The link provided is the instruction to manual update - download the the package and update it via the App store manually. Here's the instruction again - http://help.getsync.com/hc/en-us/articles/205648926-Netgear By now Sync 2.3 is already out.
