tmeisel
I do have a strange problem at work. My plan was (still is) to use Sync to make a continous backup of the data stored on a Windows 2012 file server to a Synology NAS system. The problem which occours is that every Konica Minolta copier we use on our network goes offline some time after I start Sync. The copiers have to be switched off an on again to bring them back. And as long Sync runs they go offline again after a while. The copiers use only standard web protocols, no special TCP/IP ports. At the moment I guess it has something to with the UPnP settings. But I didn't had time to verify it as my collegues need them to work. I will though as soon I find a proper time to do it. Does everyone has/had the same issue and maybe some ideas how to prevent it? Would disabling UPnP help and Sync still continue to work? Or might the port itself be a problem? Every help would be gratefully welcome. Thanks in advance. GreatMarko
The issue will be with your copiers not correctly implementing uPnP, see also:
tmeisel
Thanks GreatMarko, for the links. I disabled UPnP in Sync. It took some time until the peers have been founded again but it works now.
