meghan Posted April 8, 2016 Report Share Posted April 8, 2016 I had to add all of my folders again after updating to the most recent version (2.3.6 on mac)- I received new keys from my IT guy today and all work but one. I try to add the folder using the key (like I did with the others) and it says "Selected folder is already added to sync" and it's not. Anyone have any ideas what could be going wrong here? Remirus Posted April 11, 2016 Report Share Posted April 11, 2016 meghan, Sync shows that message if you already have a folder with that key or if you add a folder with different key but choose the location of another folder, that was added in the Sync.
