laurin1 Posted July 9, 2016 Report Share Posted July 9, 2016 Last night, I was having trouble doing an iPhone restore and BTSync.exe was using a lot of CPU, so I killed the process. After restarting my machine, I have Welcome to Sync dialog box. What caused that and is there any way to fix it without having to reconfigure everything? I entered the same device name I was using previously, KDAVISHOME, and checked the box below. However, when I click "Get started", nothing happens. laurin1 Posted July 9, 2016 Author Report Share Posted July 9, 2016 Whoa, I just realized that 2 instances of Sync were running - that dialog box was the second one.
