Just installed - can't run Sync unless 'as Administrator'

...and then I get the UAC dialog that asks to give Sync permission to make changes to the PC. Every time. Even though I'm logged on as an Administrator. And I was logged on to the same account when I installed it just moments ago. Is there a way to have Sync run normally like other programs? (Windows 10 Pro x64)

What Sync version are you using?
There was a problem with UAC prompt when Sync was installed and then updated by different users (admin and non-admin), resulting in different registry keys, see this and this posts for details.

So first of all, verify by who Sync was installed and updated, and check your registry.
