boubou
Hello You have to look in the kernel log when ResilioSync stops .I had this problem with a Netgear ReadyNAS. You have to look if he writes: "Out of memory" "October 14 ReadyNAS 10:34:08 kernel: Out of memory: kill process 759 (rslsync) 12827 or score a Child Oct 14 10:34:08 ReadyNAS kernel: Killed process 759 (rslsync) " it happens with many file synchronized and there is not enough memory RAM. excuse me for my english, I'm french ++
asan5365
Thanks for the suggestion... I had a look at the log but there is no sign of a killed process related to sync... actually I'm quite sure that the client process was running also if the client nas was declared offline by the server in the peer list and it was reachable by ssh. Helen
@asan5365, The problem happens because your devices connect indirectly - via relay. We are currently investigating the relay problem. And to avoid that, you may open sync ports on firewalls to ensure direct connection
asan5365
Thanks Helen, unfortunately I cannot open the sync port because I'm not in control of the firewall so I guess I have to wait and hope that you solve the relay problems.
