patoka Posted November 7, 2016 Report Share Posted November 7, 2016 I looked for the dump file but don't see it, the newest files are logs from Nov 1. When I log out of this standard user account and into an admin account Resilio works OK. As soon as I log in to the standard account it crashes. Helen Posted November 28, 2016 Report Share Posted November 28, 2016 You can manually grab the dump and send it to support. The path to the dump is on the screenshot. Together with debug logs. I suspect that the standard use is lacking access to some system functions. But still Sync shall not crash. Needs debugging. So please contact support, thank you.
