For information on how to fix this issue, please see the Sync Knowledge Base. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36 It is weird because it works with Firefox and Edge. Helen Posted January 27, 2017 Report Share Posted January 27, 2017 I'm not sure how they deploy their package. list the running processes (grepped by sync) and see from where sync runs and where is its storage. stop sync, delete webui.zip, if it's located there, start sync. as a test try downloading a binary (not package) and running it manually, see if it gets opened in chrome Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
