laurin1 Posted April 13, 2017 Report Share Posted April 13, 2017 I got this in an email on March 28: Quote Your Sync Pro subscription is scheduled to renew on April 11, 2017. If you do not have the latest version of Sync (2.3.2), your renewal will not be automatically applied to your client and your Pro features will stop working. We suggest that you immediately upgrade to the latest version of the client here to ensure a seamless renewal process. If you don't choose to upgrade to the latest version of Sync (not recommended), the license key attached to this email will extend your current Pro features by 31 days. You'll then need to apply the license that's emailed to you on your renewal date in order to continue to use your Pro features for the next year. I checked my versions and all clients are on 2.4.4. My licenses (billing) automatically renewed on 4/11. Now, my clients say they still expire on 4/11 and I have 30 days left!! What do I need to do? Downgrade to 2.3.2???
