ell10t Posted April 24, 2017 Report Share Posted April 24, 2017 In an office of 12 users. One machine has issues with delayed syncing unless they save it twice after making an alteration. The files are sat waiting to be uploaded for days. The machine itself has no issues and there is always enough bandwidth available to sync small files. Helen Posted April 27, 2017 Report Share Posted April 27, 2017 quite a number of times, and each case of "files are not uploaded" is pretty much unique. You can see these common reasons for this problem . If neither hint fits, please send the logs to support for your case to be investigated individually. Thank you!
