mot393
I had a 3TB drive being synced to 3+ other computers, it seems the disk has failed as it is mounting but extremely slow (seems like magnetic error / bad sectors). That would be fine if Sync hadn't deleted the 3 backups on the other systems! Is there a way to recover them? That was pretty much all my data. Helen
what was the workflow and how you verify that Sync deleted the backups? Can you please give any details about the case? I don't think Sync can delete anything from a drive. It can only detect that files are not here, consider it as deletion and propagate it to other peers. In this case all deleted files will be placed to Archive folder on those peers. Did you check Archive?
mot393
Hi, thanks for your reply. I can't find this archive folder you mention, I think I have seen it before (wasn't sure what it was) but I can't find it or any information about it. How do I find this folder?
