laurin1
I am converting a machine to use Sync as a service (Windows 7 Pro, x64). I got it installed and all appears to be working, but when I click Link Device, nothing happens. I've tried Chrome and IE.
Helen
Did you apply the license or at least enabled Trial Period? If Free version "Link device" button does not work, it's grayed out.

I've never had to do that before, normally I just link with a device that has a valid license and it works.

Others, which are being linked, may not have it - paste the M-key from a Pro device to "Manual Connection" here, it will link to Pro
laurin1
I guess I'm not being clear. I have several devices already connected - those devices work. I'm trying to install on a new machine. Most of the time it works, but this one machine did not work - when I clicked Link Device I did not get the popup so that I could enter the key (not get the key, enter it). FYI, I found a workaround: Settings, License, then click on on the manual connection link.
