Paweł
We got a problem with sync and our QNAP NAS devices. After installation of sync 2.5.4 we found that there is a permanent error "cannot get the list of trackers" We've checked the sync.log file and found this message: [20180115 14:44:20.320] Requesting folder config https://config.resilio.com/sync.conf [20180115 14:44:22.658] HTTPS: connection [config.resilio.com] has been aborted - code: 336134278, func: "ssl3_get_server_certificate", reason: "certificate verify failed" [20180115 14:44:22.658] D! 20HttpClientConnection::ProcessIncomingData[0x16dddfb8][48] remote endpoint verification error [20180115 14:44:22.665] D! 20HttpClientConnection::set_error[0x16dddfb8][48] 103 (EOF) [20180115 14:44:22.665] assert failed /home/jenkins/slave-root/workspace/Build-Sync-Manually/network.cpp:3178 [20180115 14:44:30.054] Got response from "config.resilio.com" - message: "", error: 110 (), http_code: 0 [20180115 14:44:30.054] D! 20HttpClientConnection::set_error[0x181e92f0][44] 110 () It looks like our qnap is not able to verify on of the chain's certificates. Do you have any advice on how to resolve this issue? maybe we can we forcefuly disable using https in tracker list URL? Both of our QNAPs (TS-269 Pro, TS-459 Pro+) uses OpenSSL 1.0.1u and Resilio Sync 2.5.
Gane O'dwyer
@Paweł This issue occured in 2.5.4 app version and was detected. In this case I advice you to update Sync version via our official web page to the most recent app version.
