Treat Mac "bundled" files as single entity in history

On the Mac, there are certain types of "file" that are in fact a bundled collection of files. Examples being .app files (Mac applications) and .vmwarevm files (VMware VMs).

Currently in the sync history, there is an entry for every single file that is synced which is contained in the "bundled" file

Strictly speaking, this is correct, but it would be useful if there was a mechanism to configure that certain "files" are represented as a single entity in the logs..... so if I sync MyApp.app then one entry shows in the log for the whole app, and not 100's of entries for each file contained in the bundle.

Hope that makes sense!
