harry Posted August 30, 2018 Report Share Posted August 30, 2018 Hello, I bought a Synology DS216 play. I installed BTsync in the package centre. It is downloading and installing. When I press the button "Run", I get a message: Failed to run the package service. I am familiar with btsync on a Windows device, I am not at all familiar with my NAS and the OS. As for the BTSync you need not only the admin rights for the user but with the name 'admin'.
