pwlgrzs
Hi, I have a few old devices on My Devices list which I'd like to remove, how do I do that? I can't reused them so they're just useless there.
ClarkKent
At the Identity page, you can click on (I) Info at the orphaned device, then on the 3 Points and "Hide this device"
pwlgrzs
Well... I did that and this is not solving my problem. Mobile app still sees these stale devices with no option to remove them (or I can't find this) and they'll be visible for each new device you add. ClarkKent
OK, I see, I haven't linked my mobile devices, so I don't knew that. As far as I remember, one cannot remove devices, just hide. After a while, they vanish, I seem to remember, but I'm not quite sure.

ClarkKent
Sadly, there is no other way, than to hide: https://help.resilio.com/hc/en-us/articles/204762439-How-to-clear-offline-devices-desktop-only- 😢
Andy+
If you want to keep the existing ID, there is no other way. To fix this, only deleting this ID and creating a new ID helps. Then the superfluous devices are gone.
ClarkKent
Eventually I created a new ID, because of another problem...
