sync on ipad

 Resilio Sync_Ver 2.6.9(406)  &&  iPad6 iPadOS 14.2   (I am not an English speaker, maybe exists some grammar problem )

I am a fresh man on  Resilio Sync & iPad.

I want to download some music(videos) from Windows PC to my iPad, and open them with other apps(add them to specific app's playlist) on iPad. But I don't find a proper  way to do so. I can only select them and add them to specific app one by one. Thousands of music ! My finger gona die.

Do you have any good way to do so? (automatically on iPad, or little finger print)
