Not understanding why Sync isn't working correctly after installing on new PC

I recently installed Sync on my new HP Windows 11 PC but am experiencing messages I never received before. One message is the 'Some Internal Tasks Are Taking Too Much Time To Complete.' Also Sync seems to be crashing, I'll get the 'message program not responding' from Windows. Never had a problem on my old laptop but I did try to use Sync on that old laptop and received a message about the disk I was using as being used by another link or something than I kept getting 'invalid key' when trying to manually input my key. Is this because I have two seperate Syncs setup on different PC's? I'm totally a newb to all this so looking for some help. I also reached out to tech support.




Edit; Seems there wasn't a problem, after the message of 'Tasks taking too long...' it seems it gathered all its info and has been running fine.
