Possible fix for M1 'high-use' issue?

I've been running Resilio Sync on an M1 16" MBP for a few months now; and like others, I've seen rampant CPU usage from time to time. However, this now seems to have stopped for me. Possibly because I'm on the release candidate of MacOS 12.3, which will go public next week, but also I recently noticed that the version you can download from the main site has a date stamp that is a few hours later than the version you can download from this forum.

(The date stamp here is 13:00 on 28 May 2021; where the version on this forum is 09:35.) It is slightly larger, by a matter of Kb. It is build 1975, as opposed to 1971.

I've no idea whether either or both of these things has had an effect, but Resilio Sync seems to be behaving very well for me now.
