However, it must be borne in mind that transmissions depend on a lot of influences, especially over the internet. The transmission can only be as good as the smallest bandwidth in the overall connection, which is also used by other people and data transmissions. And, of course, Resilio takes its own use of this residual bandwidth for transmission, and since Resilio is usually quite reactive and fast in establishing and managing connections, this can also play a role.
