rickneworleansla Posted February 23, 2023 Report Share Posted February 23, 2023 I've been using this app for a while to backup photos from my Pixel 6 and now new 7 to an older Pixel 2xl. The issue I'm having is that it always stops sync at random times. I've tried keeping both devices awake with screen touches, restarting the app on both devices, restarting both phones, and checking all permissions were allowed. None of this works to continue the sync. The only thing that fixes it is to disconnect the sync and recreate it. This is not an ideal solution. I'm wondering if Google photos backup starting on the Pixel 2xl could be the issue. I'm going to disable that for a while and manually switch it on to see if that fixes it. Of course that is not an ideal fix either since it is the purpose if me using the app. Anyone else had this issue and fixed it? Any ideas or something I may be missing? Thanks in advance!
